Office/Computer Administrator

Full time temporary basis for six to 12 months Mon-Fri 8 to 4:30.
Possibility of permanent position at end of contract.
Required to assist the company management team to implement new ERP system.

Duties will include:

• Manual input of customer data from old to new system
• Transfer of route information to new system
• Check integrity of data entered
• Production of basic system and operational procedures
• Timetable of key implementation dates
• Liaison with software provider and help desk
• Communication and explanation to factory supervisors and staff
• Cover for other staff duties as and when necessary

Key Attributes:

• Work under own initiative
• Quick Learner
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Accurate and organised
• Flexible and dedicated
